If you are not happy with your product, first contact us via email (info@suavekimonos.com) to see if your exchange/return qualifies. Product has to be unused, unworn, and unwashed. (Return or exchange not available on limited edition items or where otherwise stated on product page.) Product must be returned within 14 days of receiving. You will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee for all returned or exchanged items.  Limited edition items are Final Sale.

 

Once we have approved your return/exchange you may send it back. Please include the invoice that was sent with your product, so we may identify your purchase. Also include a note detailing what action you would like us to take. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping both ways.
